• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property; please do not bring unregistered visitors without prior approval. • No events, parties, or group gatherings are allowed at any time. • Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. • No subletting or third-party bookings. • Check-in: After 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM • Please follow all check-out instructions provided prior to your departure. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be mindful of our neighbors. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. • Pets are welcome! Please ensure all pets are disclosed prior to arrival. – Pets must be house trained and well-behaved. – Please keep pets off beds and furniture. – Clean up after your pets both inside and outside. – Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or the need to remove your pet from the property. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. Please supervise children at all times for their safety. • Please treat our home with respect and care. Promptly report any accidental damage. • Excessive noise, disruptive or unsafe behavior is not permitted at any time. Located on the northwest edge of Sister Bay on North Bay Shore Drive, the immediate neighborhood is shoreline residential with several hospitality and recreation businesses nearby: Sister Bay Marina and public boat launch, seasonal waterfront parks and family-friendly eateries (dining and ice cream shops within a short drive), and local conveniences in downtown Sister Bay. Peninsula State Park (Ephraim) and multiple scenic points, trails and beaches are a short drive. The vibe is quiet, coastal, and tourism-focused in high season (summer–fall), with easy boat access and close proximity to ferry services at the tip of the peninsula.
